The company MARKETING CREATION, simplified joint stock company, with capital of 100,000 euros, registered in the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 530796861, having its head office at 29 Allée Saint Jean, ZAC de la Barque , Arteparc Bâtiment C, 13710 Fuveau – France (hereinafter the “Company” or “MARKETING CRÉATION”), represented by Mr. Frédéric Martz, its President, collects and processes the personal data of people who represent its clients in the context of the sale of products online and the services provided by MARKETING CRÉATION to its clients.
As an employee or representative of one of MARKETING CREATION's clients or prospects, you are one of MARKETING CREATION's contacts (hereinafter the “Contact Person” or “You”) and MARKETING CREATION must collect and process some of your personal data to interact with you and their client/prospect for whom you work.
By participating in a competition organized by MARKETING CREATION, you (hereinafter the “Player” or “You”) communicate your personal data so that MARKETING CREATION may possibly communicate the results to you or even send you a prize at the address informed.
MARKETING CREATION is concerned about the protection of the privacy and personal data of its Contacts and Players. Thus, it ensures that it adopts and complies with a personal data processing policy that complies with the regulations in force and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (the “GDPR”). and the Data Protection Act of 1978 as amended.

- the connection between MARKETING CREATION and the client/prospect and the presentation of MARKETING CREATION services to its clients/prospects. Failing to provide this mandatory data, we will not be able to put you in touch with our customers.
- participation in competitions and more particularly the delivery of any prizes. If you fail to provide this mandatory data, we cannot consider your participation as valid because we would be unable to deliver any prize you may have won.
Data accuracy
MARKETING CREATION makes its best efforts to keep personal data accurate and complete. To ensure that we have up-to-date information, you can inform us of any change in your contact details or any other data, by contacting MARKETING CRÉATION using the contact details mentioned in article 9 “Contact” below, or by putting regularly update your Profile.
Location of personal data
