The products
The prices displayed are excluding tax on the entire site. They do not include marking fees . The price of marking depends on the marking technique selected and the quantity desired. This information will be communicated to you as soon as you contact a member of our team to establish a quote.
The minimum order quantity is noted on each product sheet . If you are interested in a product in the “ Productions ” tab there may not be any details, to do so contact our sales department to discuss your tailor-made project.
It is entirely possible to send you samples subject to product availability . Samples are free subject to ordering. Shipping cost will be charged otherwise along with the sample price.
PDF or AI file but the format must be vector . We sometimes accept very good quality files (at least 300 dpi) depending on the type of marking.

My order
It is not possible to finalize an order online . Make your selection on the site, add your products to the basket and request a quote. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours maximum.
Quote requests are processed within 24 hours maximum (during working days).
Maybe look in your junk mail, also check that the quote request has been validated online, an email notification should be sent automatically.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the products selected. Generally, they are 3 to 4 weeks for catalog products . For a tailor-made offer, lead times will be longer, from 4 weeks to 10 weeks depending on the quantity and the project. These deadlines include production and delivery.
