The products
The prices displayed are exclusive of tax across the entire site. They do not include marking fees . The marking price depends on the selected marking technique and the quantity required. This information will be provided to you as soon as you contact a member of our team to request a quote.
The minimum order quantity is indicated on each product page . If you are interested in a product in the “ Projects ” tab, it may not have details; therefore, please contact our sales department to discuss your custom project.
We can send you samples, subject to product availability . Samples are free with a purchase order. Otherwise, shipping costs and the price of the sample will be charged.
PDF or AI file, but the format must be vector . We sometimes accept very high-quality files (at least 300 dpi) depending on the type of marking.

My order
It is not possible to complete an order online . Make your selection on the website, add your products to your cart, and request a quote. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.
Quote requests are processed within a maximum of 24 hours (during working days).
Perhaps check your spam folder, also check that the quote request has been validated online, an email notification should be sent automatically.
The delivery
Delivery times depend on the products selected. Generally, they are 3 to 4 weeks for catalog products . For a custom order, delivery times will be longer, from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the quantity and the project. These times include production and delivery.
