The motto of our President, Frederic Martz, is: “ Always together for the good of all!” ". It is in this state of mind that Marketing Création obtains the silver medal in 2021 for its CSR performance!
In 2020, in a healthy approach and evolving with the times, the desire to enter into a CSR approach was obvious. The Marketing Creation company then decides to adopt this line of life and to remain in cohesion with its environment.
It is this robust bond that the Marketing Creation company advocates within its team: “cohesion”, accompanied by strong values such as sharing, respect for others and one's environment, trust and good humor.
Remember, Corporate Social Responsibility is committed, among other things, to:
- Ethics, good living in business. Objective: to promote equality and diversity in teams, the safety and well-being of employees in order to improve dialogue and collaboration.
- The environmental plan, eco-responsible innovation. Objective: to move in the right direction by contributing to the energy transition and to develop by promoting responsible purchasing. Ultimately, anticipate the consequences of our activities.
- The social axis with the implementation of social actions. Objective: support associations and develop patronage.
- Finally, and let's not forget, the financial goal. Objective: Remain attractive, be innovative and competitive in its proposals and control long-term risks through our CSR approaches and thus ensure its sustainability.

Engage in CSR
In 2020, Marketing Création is committed to the process of reducing its environmental and social impact by taking into account its stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers and collaborators). In the discovery phase of this universe and in the face of a global pandemic, actions are limited and become objectives to be implemented for the following year. And yet that’s where it all happened! An inventory is then put in place followed by a plan of different actions to be implemented.
In 2021, Marketing Création puts its objectives into practice!
Social issues :
- Increase the budget and support actions for associations.
- Development of new skills sponsorship projects.
Since the creation of the company, children have always been at the center of concerns, so it has always been obvious to provide sponsorship aimed at helping children. Different actions were carried out with the help of different associations. From a redistribution of part of the profits to product or financial donations, throughout the year the team supported and participated in several events. Product donations were able to help associations such as Les Blouses Roses or Gueriduncancer.
Another aspect of patronage is to support and advise young businesses but also to raise awareness among young students about business creation.
Environmental commitments :
Develop eco-designed and Made In France products.
Marketing Création has improved its range of toys by increasing its offer of eco-responsible games and goodies and in particular, by largely eliminating small, all-plastic toys.
Relationship with the consumer
Defending the well-being of families by promoting their welcome remains our priority. It is therefore important to always offer innovative and ethical products that can meet customer expectations as closely as possible.

A CSR medal, a sign of effort and motivation
The silver medal, awarded by the international certification body Ecovadis, is based on the evaluation of analysts who, using several indicators, assign a score on the CSR performance of companies.
Ecovadis is positioned on 21 rating criteria according to international CSR standards. 21 criteria divided into 4 major themes (Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Purchasing) of which it combines seven management indicators. From them, it measures the quality of the companies' CSR management system. It is based exclusively on information provided by the companies evaluated, on public information, the size, sector of activity and location of the company, all of this data compiled by expert analysts.
These above-average indicators are encouraging for Marketing Création. An approach rewarded with a Silver Medal, what could be more motivating for the rest of the CSR adventure!
