Our President, Frederic Martz, has a motto: " Always together for the good of all! " It is in this spirit that Marketing Création was awarded the silver medal in 2021 for its CSR performance!
In 2020, in a healthy and forward-thinking approach, the desire to adopt a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy was a natural step. Marketing Création then decided to embrace this path and remain in harmony with its environment.
It is this robust link that the company Marketing Création promotes within its team: "cohesion", accompanied by strong values such as sharing, respect for others and for the environment, trust and good humor.
As a reminder, Corporate Social Responsibility commits, among other things, to:
- Ethics and well-being in the workplace. Objective: to promote equality and diversity within teams, employee safety and well-being in order to improve dialogue and collaboration.
- The environmental plan, eco-responsible innovation. Objective: to move in the right direction by contributing to the energy transition and to grow by promoting responsible purchasing. Ultimately, to anticipate the consequences of our activities.
- The social dimension involves the implementation of social actions. The objective is to support associations and develop patronage.
- Finally, and let's not forget, the financial goal. Objective: To remain attractive, innovative and competitive in our offerings, and to manage long-term risks through our CSR initiatives, thus ensuring our sustainability.
Engaging in CSR
In 2020, Marketing Création committed to reducing its environmental and social impact by taking into account its stakeholders (employees, suppliers, clients, and partners). In the initial stages of exploring this area, and facing a global pandemic, actions were limited and became objectives to be implemented the following year. And yet, that's when everything changed! An assessment was then conducted, followed by a plan of various actions to be implemented.
In 2021, Marketing Création is putting its objectives into practice!

- Increase the budget and support actions for associations.
- Development of new skills-based volunteering projects.
Since the company's inception, children have always been at the heart of its concerns, making it a natural choice to engage in philanthropy focused on supporting children. Various initiatives have been undertaken with the help of different associations. From redistributing a portion of profits to making in-kind and financial donations, the team has supported and participated in numerous events throughout the year. Product donations have benefited organizations such as Les Blouses Roses and Gueriduncancer.
Another aspect of philanthropy is mentoring and advising startups, as well as raising awareness among young students about entrepreneurship.
Environmental commitments :
Develop eco-designed and Made in France products.
Marketing Création has improved its toy range by increasing its offering of eco-responsible games and goodies, and in particular, by largely eliminating small all-plastic toys.

Defending the well-being of families by facilitating their care remains our priority. It is therefore important to always offer innovative and ethical products that closely meet customer expectations.
A CSR medal, a sign of effort and motivation
The silver medal, awarded by the international certification body Ecovadis, is based on the evaluation of analysts who, using several indicators, assign a score to the CSR performance of companies.
EcoVadis uses 21 rating criteria based on international CSR standards. These 21 criteria are divided into four main themes (Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics, and Responsible Procurement), to which it associates seven management indicators. Using these indicators, it measures the quality of companies' CSR management systems. It relies exclusively on information provided by the companies being assessed, as well as publicly available information, company size, sector of activity, and location—all data compiled by expert analysts.
These above-average indicators are encouraging for Marketing Création. This approach, rewarded with a Silver Medal, is a truly motivating factor for the next stage of their CSR journey!
