At Marketing Création, as a manufacturer of products for families and children, we place safety and quality control at the heart of our manufacturing and marketing processes. This article provides a detailed overview of the steps we take to ensure our products meet safety standards.
Selection of production partners
The first step in our process is selecting production partners. We identify manufacturers capable of meeting our clients' specific criteria. Our field teams contact potential manufacturers and workshops and verify official documentation, including certifications such as ISO and BSCI.
Why are we doing this?
Our goal is to validate and certify that these partners can meet our customers' quality and safety requirements. This process involves a thorough analysis of the manufacturer's production capabilities and quality management systems. Displaying these certification logos reinforces our commitment to transparency and quality .
QC system audits and production capacity
Once a partner is selected, we conduct quality audits to assess production processes and systems in place. These audits include RBI, YUM, Supplier Workplace Responsibility Audit (SWA), and BRCGS.
The purpose of these audits is to ensure that the partner can not only produce items that meet established standards , but also manage the required quantities. The logos of completed audits are also prominently displayed to illustrate our rigorous quality control procedures.
Product testing and certifications - Testing Laboratory
Once production begins, each product undergoes rigorous testing in certified testing laboratories such as SGS and Eurofins. These tests are conducted to verify compliance with toy safety standards , including:
– Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament on the safety of toys.
– Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
– Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants.
Production control and inspection
Before shipping the products, we conduct a final random inspection (FRI). This detailed visual inspection of the goods usually takes place at the manufacturer's premises.
Internal Training
To stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments in the field of safety, our purchasing and sales teams receive regular training. We organize training workshops at our premises with safety professionals and participate in training seminars offered by our partner laboratories.
At Marketing Création, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality products for families and children. Through a rigorous process of partner selection, quality audits, product testing, final inspections, and ongoing training, we ensure the compliance and safety of our products at every stage of their manufacture and distribution. Our commitment to safety and quality is what makes us strong and earns our customers' trust.
