Customization varies depending on the product and technical constraints. The most common methods are pad printing and screen printing. Production and delivery times for promotional items are generally a maximum of 30 days for a product in stock on which we apply a marking.
– For a custom-made product: 120 days on average (from the start with the brief to delivery to your premises).
Yes, it is possible to receive a sample. Please send your request to commercial@marketingcreation.fr or to your sales representative. The sample will be shipped from the factory or our warehouse located in Vitrolles (13).
We recommend this approach to jointly validate the product's quality. If it's a custom-made product, creating a prototype with a proof (BAT) can provide further validation.
We offer several services.

If the product is in stock there is no minimum order, however the technical fees and shipping costs are fixed.

Yes, the difference is very significant for small quantities due to fixed costs: machine calibration, transport, etc. It is therefore more advantageous (depending on the product) to start with 250 pieces instead of 100 pieces, for example.
Yes, we include the various costs in the unit price. However, we sometimes display standards fees separately to justify the price and ensure product compliance.
Yes, our products are either already tested for products in stock, or will be tested for custom-made products, hence the display of standards fees on some quotes.
